In todays video the basement boys are working on upgrading their boxing defense. Our video starts with Donnie & Glenn warming up with some mitt-work on some basic boxing combinations. From there we go straight into a sparring simulation drill where one person is strictly on offense and the other focuses only on defending by either blocking, or slipping punches to avoid damage.
