Sometimes I get low. Sometimes we all do. I do not promote self harm or unhealthy coping mechanisms. Since the making of this song I’ve found myself a therapist, got completely sober, and began living a healthier lifestyle. I highly encourage everyone who feels the way I express in this song to seek help for themselves in whatever way they see fit. there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. things DO get better. and if you ever need anything you can always reach out to me.
