Musician Steve Hofmeyr’s battle with satirist Conrad Koch returns to court tomorrow, but questions remain about whether the case will be open to the public. Koch is the puppeteer behind the character Chester Missing. Hofmeyr has obtained a temporary protection order against Koch, to prevent his puppet Missing from harassing him on Twitter. These orders are usually obtained in domestic abuse cases, and given in secret to victims protect those victims.
